... I think I'm starting to "cook"  
Measurements are totally fabricated. I just put everything together until it tasted right.

1 c. Green Base
1/4 c. almond butter
red pepper, chopped
3 white mushrooms, chopped
broccoli stalk, chopped into cute little florets
chives, chopped (to taste)
1 Tbsp. honey (or more, to taste)
pinch cayenne pepper
pinch garlic salt
1/3 c. quinoa (boiled with 1 c. water prior and added in once cooked)

Cooked the mess over super low heat - the almond butter gets hot very easily and retains its heat for a long time (hence the "solace"). I literally used the "Lo" setting.

Oh, yum.
