Truly! I even had a group of 3 wannabe delinquents hanging out in Freeway Park who warned each other "Straight Edge" as I was walking up. I started laughing out loud, but they were too tough and rebellious to even try to understand the joke.

I'm. still. laughing.

p.s. Since you're this-quantum-reality tall me, it looks like you're going to have to wear the dress.

In green.

Perhaps with copper or electric blue roses? Hmm.

Ooo, I hadn't even thought of that. Brilliant idea.

Emerald green and silver.
Ruby and silver.
Black and silver (and copper).

Luly Yang is totally my GIRL GIRL GIRLiest pleasure.

I love the door to nowhere, of course.

My alt-universe-tall-skinny-small-breasted-me Luly Yang dresses:

Of course, I would wear these with whimsical feathered hair bits, which I have suddenly decided I need many more of:

They're already perfectly your colours!! :)

Luly Yang, Luly Yang, makes me want, want, want
To be a girl, girl, girl, and a woman, and a girl, girl, girl

I'd wear pink for Luly Yang. Truly.

I love how the reflection of the building becomes another baroque element of the display...
Kburgunder on December 4th, 2008 04:55 am (UTC)
Me too.

When I saw Louise the other day, she said her final project for her sketch class was to turn in 100 sketches.

I loved that. 100 sketches is too much to perfect all of them.

I want to do something like that with:
photography
electronic music

Too many to do within a deadline. I suspect some kernels of greatness can come from that.
Laurendj_stitch on December 4th, 2008 04:59 am (UTC)
Heck yes, especially on the photography. I've seen a number of 365-days projects on flickr, and keep wanting to try it...

And this is for when I'm a tall black woman:

An invisible dress?

LAUGH

Freudian slip....

Let me fix that.

Remove the freaky fury snake thing, and I'll take both the outfit and the woman O:>

The woman doesn't do it for me, but the suit is gorgeous.
Kburgunder on December 4th, 2008 05:50 am (UTC)
Including the necklace, this would look gorgeous on you:

Heee, that was my other favorite.
raven mimuraravenmimura on December 4th, 2008 12:23 pm (UTC)
i have a crumpled up stormtrooper in my bag at all times.

(it's a stormtrooper mini from the Star Wars miniatures game... i usually keep one on my person so that i can randomly place one at interesting spots. i need to get back to the Sci-Fi museum to see if the one i placed there on my birthday a couple years ago is still there... anyway, in the pouch it's in, it's usually a little bit crumpled)

that's my story. The End.
raven mimura: pensiveravenmimura on December 4th, 2008 12:24 pm (UTC)
dammit, i didn't use my Star Wars icon!

An even more amazing photo of the Luly Yang.
