Good question. I think that's how it works over here ;) How about Finland? Have your fair share of corrupt politicians and power mongers?

We have our own share of power mongers and I assume some politicians might be corrupted although according to transparency international, in 2004 Finland was the least corrupted country in the world. (http://www.transparency.org/cpi/2004/cpi2004.en.html)

I assume that in Finland there is so little power available that it is not worthwhile to be power monger.
