Ah! My initial response was one of matched confusion ... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kabwe#Industries_and_agriculture didn't list any refineries, only a closed textiles plant. But that makes sense. I forget pollution doesn't only imply air pollution, but also water and ground pollution sometimes....
